宗旨 PURPOSE
弘揚中華文化，講好“中國故事”，助推“一帶一路”。加強多元文化交融，增進世界各民族團結和友誼。發掘優秀演藝人才，搭建專業演藝平台。
Promote and carry forward the Chinese culture, tell a good story of China and boost the “Belt and Road” initiative. Strengthen the integration of multi-cultures blend and enhance the unity and friendship of all ethnic groups in the world. Explore outstanding performing arts talent, and build a professional performing arts platform.

參賽規則 ENTRY RULES
1. 參賽不分年齡，性別，種族和地區， 有才藝的朋友均可報名參加。
2. 參賽內容必須是正能量，表演形式不拘（如歌唱、舞蹈、器樂、朗誦、小品、魔術、雜技、武術、木偶、口技、時裝秀、脫口秀、訓獸等等）
3. 參賽者必須真實填寫報名表，交付報名費$45/單項（允許分別報名多項才藝參賽）。
4. 報名日期即日起至2018年2月10日截止。
5. 初賽和復賽在2018年2月11日星期天 2:30PM, 地址:1699 El Camino Real #202 (2nd Floor), Millbrae, CA 94030
6. 決賽在2018年2月18日星期天3:00PM, 地址: San Leandro Performing Arts Center, 2250 Bancroft Ave. San Leandro，CA 94577
1. Open to all participation regardless of age, gender, race and region. All talents are welcome.
2. The contestant must be positive and perform in any form (such as singing, dancing, instrumental music, readings, essays, magic, acrobatics, martial arts, puppets, talk show, fashion shows, etc.)
3. Contestants must fill out the registration form and submit the application fee of $ 45 per entry (multiple entries are allowed).
4. Accepting application from now until February 10, 2018.
5. Initial and Semi_final will be hold on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 2:30 PM, 1699 El Camino Real # 202 (2nd Floor), Millbrae, CA 94030
6. The final is on Sunday, February 18, 2018, at 3:00 PM, San Leandro Performing Arts Center, 2250 Bancroft Ave. San Leandro, CA 94577
